Set up cost center in Windows 11 printer driver

• Start -> Settings
  
  
  
  
• Bluetooth & Devices auswählen
  
  
  
  
• Left-click on Printers and Scanners
  
  
  
  
• Left-click on the printer
  
  
  
  
• print settings wählen
  
  
  
  
• In the General tab, select User Code Settings
  
  
  
  
• In the text field user code fill in the cost center and click OK
