Announcement Checklist for E-Exams

Although the format of the online exam eliminates some steps, there are still tasks that are similar to those in conventional exams. These include the essential greeting of students and explaining the rules and restrictions that apply during the exam. For your reference, a checklist of announcements containing the most important points is provided below. Depending on the complexity of the exam, there will of course be some additional instructions, but experience has shown that much of the information remains the same. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the most important instructions in advance, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
You can find the document here in German or here in English. In addition, a physical copy of the checklist is available in both e-exam rooms.

Would you like to offer a review session after your online exam? To do so, we need a list of all participants. Please send the completed form for registering review sessions to the Online Exam Team at no later than one day before the review session .
