LALUC network: Get involved
It is time to network. What sets LALUC apart is our commitment to integrating diverse perspectives into a cohesive network, creating a space where natural and social sciences actively inform one another to address the pressing land use challenges that Latin America is facing. By fostering collaboration across disciplines and institutions, and drawing on long-term research experience and partnerships across Latin America, LALUC aims to become a platform for innovative, integrative research.
We have identified areas of joint interest, including Colombia, Ecuador, the Chaco region, and Brazil, as well as specific biomes and landscapes in South America such as the Andes, the Amazon, and coastal areas with mangrove ecosystems.
The network is open to individuals of all career levels as well as local partners.
Sign up for our network mailing list and receive scientific calls, event news, and network information.
Send an E-mail to Simone Pfeiffer if you have open questions and would like to learn more before joining the network.
